The Setup Crew transforms an ordinary parking lot into a Halloween wonderland. They work efficiently to place traffic cones, string caution tape, erect row signage, etc.. to get everything ready to start!

Walkers and Car riders managers

Helping as a Walkers or Car Riders Manager makes a huge difference — these roles keep our families safe and help the event run smoothly from the very beginning.

Walkers manager
Guiding families to walk in designated areas and assisting them in safely using the crosswalks.

Cleanup crew

The Cleanup Crew are the unsung heroes who ensure our school grounds are left in perfect condition after the festivities. Beginning at 7:00 PM sharp, they work quickly as a team to collect trash, remove cones and caution tape, and pull signage/decorations.

Their goal is to have the parking lot fully restored by 7:20 PM.
