GRANT APPLICATION

 

The PTA is offering a start-up reimbursement: $100 for full-time teachers and $50 for part-time teachers. This program is sponsored and funded by your OES PTA. It is designed to reimburse you for any out-of-pocket expenses associated with classroom set-up.

 

Please fill out the form linked below and return to the PTA mailbox in the front office. All forms must be accompanied by the receipts. Please note that to take advantage of this program, teachers must

become members of the PTA. You can join the PTA by creating an account here.

 

After providing your information, you should be prompted to complete membership and can pay

the $7 online. You can also choose to have your membership deducted from your reimbursement. See Reimbursement Form for more information.

Teacher Start-Up Reimbursement Form 

The Grant Program is made available solely by the fundraising efforts of the PTA. The purpose of the PTA Grant Program is to provide funding to enrich and enhance the educational experience of OES students, to support teachers in their creative and innovative thinking and to provide a critical link between the PTA and school faculty. 

Let’s show our amazing OES teachers and staff just how much sweet thanks we have for them! We’re hoping to send each staff member home with a baked treat to enjoy over their Fall Break — and we need your help to make it happen!

Please sign up for the number of treats you’re willing to bake or purchase. The staff has already shared their favorite treats, so we know exactly what will make them smile!
 

This year, we’ve added new treat categories — so please be sure to:

  • Package your treat securely (in a box or bag).

  • Label it clearly with the exact name of the treat.

  • This is very important for those who selected based on allergies.
